Steak & Chips Kit

This eco-friendly gift set is designed for people who truly enjoy steak and classic accompaniments. Derived from the Ultimate Steak & Chips range, it brings together three customer favourites, with the addition of truffle mayonnaise to add a touch of luxury.

The set includes Roast Potato Oil, Steak Rub for Beef, Truffle Mayonnaise and Salt & Vinegar Salt. Each product is intended to enhance steak and chips through different stages of cooking, from seasoning and roasting to finishing and dipping.

The Roast Potato Oil is made using locally produced Cotswold rapeseed oil infused with smoke, rosemary and garlic. Its high smoke point makes it particularly suitable for roasting potatoes to achieve a crisp finish.

The Steak Rub for Beef is a dry seasoning blend with sweet, smoky and umami notes, developed specifically to complement beef. It includes chipotle and guajillo chilli to provide a gentle heat without overpowering the meat.

The Truffle Mayonnaise is made with cold-pressed rapeseed oil infused with white truffle and is intended to be used as a dipping sauce for chips or as a rich accompaniment to steak. The Salt & Vinegar Salt offers an alternative to traditional salt and vinegar, delivering sharp flavour without sogginess, and was recognised with a Great Taste Award.
