The selection includes Garlic, Rosemary and Smoked oils, each intended to enhance different styles of dishes while remaining versatile and easy to use.

    All three oils are made from cold pressed rapeseed oil using all-natural ingredients, with no added colours, flavours or preservatives. The oils are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets and are presented in 100 ml bottles, making them ideal for both home use and gifting.

    The Garlic oil delivers the flavour of fresh garlic without preparation, making it suitable for roasting vegetables, Mediterranean-style cooking, stir-fries and garlic bread. Its flavour mellows with heat and works well in curries, soups and sauces, pairing naturally with ingredients such as onions, tomatoes, chilli, herbs and a wide range of meats and seafood.

    The Rosemary oil offers a fresh, herbaceous profile that complements meat and vegetables particularly well. It is suited to roasting potatoes, rubbing into lamb, drizzling over pizza or pasta, and mixing into bread dough. The rosemary infusion adds depth to roasts, stews and vegetable dishes, and pairs well with other herbs such as thyme, oregano and basil.
