    Made with strawberries, habanero chillies, tomatoes, onion, ginger, lime juice and Tellicherry black pepper, this sauce brings a distinctive balance of fruit, warmth and spice. It works well drizzled over steak, added to pancakes, folded through whipped cream for brownies, mixed into cocktails, or used as a dressing for roasted courgettes, watermelon, basil and feta salad.
